Nomad is an innovative new concept in whisky – Outland Whisky. Nomad is created with a unique ageing process beginning in Scotland and finishing in Jerez.
Nomad is a blend of 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside and the Highlands, assembled by internationally renowned Master Distiller Richard Paterson to achieve the perfect balance and ensure the whisky is warm, elegant, refined and smooth. Once blended, it ages in old oloroso casks in Scotland to ensure the perfect marriage of the different whiskies. Following this the whisky then travels to Jerez where it is aged in old Pedro Ximenez casks in the unique environment of González Byass’ historic cellars.
5+5 stands for the five generation of the González who have led the company into 21st century, and for the next five generation who will continue a mission based on the good work done so far.
